Ghislain holds an MBA in Management and Business Law from the Paris School of Business and a Master 1 in General Private Law from the University of Lorraine. He has been a lawyer since 2014 and has been practicing in the Private Equity/M&A/Corporate department, alongside Carine Rohou-Borsello and François Brocard, since June 2021.

Prior to joining Karman, Ghislain worked at Rossi Bordes & Associés, Delsol Avocats and Nomos.
