A member of the Paris and New York bars since 2021, Martin Rayet began his career by interning at the French firm Peltier Juvigny Marpeau & Associés (2017), at Crédit Agricole’s litigation department (2018) and McDermott Will & Emery’s Litigation & White Collar Crime practice (2019-2020). Before joining Karman Associés, Martin was an associate in Dessislava Zadgorska’s team at Velvet Avocats (2021).

Martin holds a Master’s degree from the Magistère of Business Lawyers – DJCE (Panthéon-Assas University – Paris II) as well as an LL.M. from Berkeley Law (2019).
