The development of collective bargaining has been one of the striking features of labour law in recent years. More and more elements are subject to compulsory negotiations. Moreover, it is in collective bargaining that companies can often find the means to be agile and to set up a social framework adapted to their issues and needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

They are, moreover, considerably encouraged to do so by recent legislative developments, and in particular by the 2017 ordinances, which provide an opportunity to rethink, or even redesign, social dialogue within the company.<\/span><\/p>\n
