Florence graduated from the Public Service section of Sciences Po (Paris) when the social issues taught by Professor Jean-Emmanuel Ray oriented her towards the University to deepen her knowledge of the subject.

She graduated from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne with a postgraduate diploma (M1) in Labor Law, at the top of her class. She became a lawyer while following the postgraduate diploma (M2) in European Labor Law of the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

She has been advising companies in all sectors for twenty years and has developed a large practice in reorganization cases involving complex management of relations with employee representatives, trade unions and administrative authorities.

Trained in mediation techniques and always looking for innovative solutions, she favors negotiation and the reaching of agreements in all the transformation files entrusted to her, while taking care to defuse conflict situations.

A specialist in social dialogue, Florence works on the interface between HR and CSR issues and is convinced that the company’s commitment to society is the best lever for success and value creation in HR policies today, and in the future.
