Eliott, who holds a Master II degree in Labour Relations Law from the University of Bordeaux Montesquieu, joined Karman Associés in 2020 as a legal advisor while continuing his academic studies.

After obtaining the CAPA at the EFB, he was officially sworn in as a lawyer in February 2024 and has since been practising at the Paris Bar.

Eliott provides advice and litigation services in labour law. He has developed particular expertise in assisting companies with labour relations management, collective relations, restructuring operations and securing HR practices.
