Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, Nassim advises investment funds, industrial groups, mid-cap companies, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and startups, particularly on equity financing, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), mergers and acquisitions, and management packages.

Before joining Karman Associés, Nassim was an associate in the M&A/private equity department of Veil Jourde.

He graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Law and Ethics from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, and a Master of Science (MSc) in International Law and Management from ESCP Europe Business School.
