Martin Rayet was admitted to the Paris and New York Bars in 2021.

A graduate of the Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE from Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II) and an LL.M. from the University of Berkeley, Martin began his career in Dessislava Zadgorska-Mathon’s team at Velvet Avocats (2021), joining Karman Associés in 2022.

Within the firm’s Business Litigation practice, Martin mainly deals with balance sheet litigation, as well as commercial and penal litigation.
